Mr. Wolfberg has prepared substantial detailed briefs for numerous hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences.
Mr. Wolfberg argued Saelzler v Advanced Group 400, (2001) 25 Cal.4th 763 before the California Supreme Court. This case clarified and simplified California Summary Judgment rules; and the issue of causation in real property management negligence. The case narrowed the scope of testimony for experts, particularly in the speculative area of security on real property. The matter is considered to have changed the landscape in the area of real property owners’ liability for third party criminal assaults.
