Daniel B. Wolfberg, Esq: An Aggressive Litigator for you

Want an aggressive Los Angeles Litigation Attorney on your side? Daniel B. Wolfberg is both a counselor and aggressive advocate In Los Angeles who strives to resolve disputes in the most efficient and effective manner since 1994.

What is a Los Angeles Area Trial Lawyer? It's a fairly common notion that lawyers love showing off in the courtroom. There are three more things to know:

The Los Angeles County litigator (civil trial lawyer) is actually a subspecies. Many lawyers never go to court and don't want to.

There's no common mold to a litigator. Most are visibly arrogant. There's no certainty of how he'll act in the courtroom. Litigators are the most dynamic and abrasive subspecies in the legal trade.

This isn't like dealing with a tax lawyer, where you have to get him to stop saying, "Well, that's a gray area."

Their drive is usually an asset. Generally, you want to know what they're doing and why they're doing it (once in the courtroom it will be too late). Some customers recommend a choke collar.

The abrasiveness is often useful when dealing with underlings (that includes most bureaucrats). It can become a liability if they pointlessly abrade the wrong people. So keep an eye on them.

Locations of Practice

  • Our services can help you if you are damaged as follows: Have you sprained your ankle in Agoura Hills, crashed into a tree in Angeles National Forest, got bit by a snake in Antelope Valley, fell asleep in a mine in Arcadia, fainted at a McDonald’s Artesia, fell off a chair in Azusa or Baldwin Park or Bell, got poisoned at the taco Bell Gardens, got an STD in Bellflower, fell trying to buy a BMW in Beverly Hills, broke a hip in Bradbury, missed a step Burbank, got bit by bugs in Calabasas, downloaded files in Carson, fell into the ocean in Catalina Island, couldn’t distinguish reality in Cerritos, became drowsy in Claremont, slipped in a gas station in Commerce, Compton, or Covina, or even got sick in Cudahy.

  • Stretching from Culver City to Diamond Bar, our cases in even Downey and Duarte display our litigation success. I can provide information regarding issues in El Monte as well as El Segundo, and in the case of the Westfield in Gardena, I can tell you quite a story. Places like Glendale boast satisfactory results from their cases. One case in Glendora, brought me across a mix between dogs and cats. Taking into consideration the many populates of the Hawaiian Gardens and Hawthorne, I have seen elderly struggle. This struggle has brought me to help those in need like the kind civilians who lost loved ones in Hermosa Beach. Hidden Hills, a fine example of the ideal suburban atmosphere, took me on a tour of Los Angeles including Huntington Park, Industry, and even Inglewood. Accident litigation in Irwindale and for their inconclusive disorders in La Habra Heights. The other "La’s" in LA, La Miranda and La Canada showed me that I can help you even if you live in such a place. Disruptions can occur in desolation as I have witnessed in Flintridge.

  • More "La" locations, La Puente and La Verne, strengthened our legal understanding of our great nation. People in Lakewood have sustained unexplainable injuries which I made understandable and our brothers and sisters of Lawndale and Lomita have also sustained similar ones. Those in Long Beach have grace and poise and are taken seriously along with clients surrounding the Los Angeles area. Speaking of Los Angeles, one time this 7-11 in Lynwood was raided by a woman named Malibu Manhattan Beach. Her odd name stemmed from her odd roots in the city of Maywood. She studied psychology and medical complications in the University Hospital in Monrovia. So, she was not happy with her portobelo burger from Montebello. It upset her stomach. So she drove to Monterey Park for Pepto and was out of luck. This mission for the meds led her all the way to Norwalk. Then she made it to 7-11.

  • Another interesting informational case was disputed in Palos Verdes. On the Peninsula of Paramount, a woman we will call Julius from Pasadena tried to steal a painting from LACMA. The artist? Pico Rivera. He took it from Pomona, carried it all the way to his car in Redondo Beach, drove out to Rosemead, hit a parked car in San Dimas, and continued on the freeway in San Fernando. I handled his accident case in San Gabriel, actually, just 1-40 miles from San Marino. It reminds me of a business law suit filed in Santa Clarita by Santa Fe Springs Garcia. He was from Santa Monica, right by our office actually. His wife, Sierra Madre, was from Signal Hill. She stubbed her toe at a Ross in South El Monte and hurt her elbow at another Ross in South Gate. So they met with me at a Starbucks in South Pasadena after their lunch date in Temple City. Just know Torrance is no place for fooling around. Like I said, Vernon settles. I even had a client from Walnut West Covina telling me about a boat he rode to West Hollywood on the Westlake Village all the way to Whittier.

  • Like Disneyland in Anaheim, La in Brea, and Six Flags in Buena Park, no games are being played, only rides and thrills of a lifetime. In Costa Mesa, Shelly hit her elbow. The litigation process modeled one by Mister Cypress from Dana Point. He actually had a mother I legally advised in Fountain Valley. Nice people. The Fullerton family from Garden Grove liked to vacation in Huntington Beach. The father went to UC Irvine and the mother some JC in La Habra. They also liked to travel to Laguna Beach for the sun and Laguna Hills for neighborhood walks and talks. Surrounding the area were Laguna Niguel and the Laguna Woods where the family would hike. I helped them with tremendous support.

  • Our clientele, like you perhaps, span from Lake Forest all the way to Los Alamitos. One of our favorite cases in Mission Viejo concluded with a settlement that blew my mind. It began in Newport Beach with my friend Orange Placentia who is from San Clemente originally. She had hit her head at the pizza place called San Juan Capistrano Pizza in Santa Ana. We discussed the early stages of her developing disturbances in Seal Beach. She also has a phobia of rats and cannot go to Stanton because of that. In Tustin, her son Dustin hit his face at a bathroom in Villa Park. She had to drag him to Westminster just so Doctor Yorba Linda

  • Campo could operate on the child. His job was so great it was in Carlsbad. Because of an injury job, it was necessary for him to be transferred to a Chula Vista hospital. The doctor over there was Coronado Del Mar from the El Cajon. Many years later, poor Dustin would suffer a loss of finance in Encinitas that would cause him to move his mother to Escondido. There, a guy from Imperial Beach named Julian La Mesa fell in love at a Lemon Grove with a girl from National City. Oceanside, they would discuss topics like who was from Pala Poway, who is Ramona, and the weather in San Diego. Civil litigation hearings would call their attention years later in San Marcos.

  • One of our favorite areas, Santee, taught me a great deal about self discipline and the importance of the law. In Solana Beach. Near Vista Camarillo, a man by the name of Fillmore Moorpark got into an accident. Have you hurt yourself hiking in Ojai? Have you stubbed a toe farming in Oxnard? Did you lose the keys to your boat in Port Hueneme? One time, I did in Santa Paula. I was on the boat that I named Simi Valley. I parked it in Thousand Oaks but I would only find that out a while later. In Ventura, the boat was impounded. We can help if you were injured in the following locations or ways: panic in Banning, increased pulse in Beaumont. Bit by a dog in Blyth, sat on a nail in Calimesa, bought a faulty Pyrex in Canyon Lake, felt a little too holy in Cathedral City, OD’d at Coachella, scraped your knee in Corona Desert, sunburned too much in Hot Springs. The thing about Hemet Indian Wells is its proximity to Indio Lake. I’ll tell you something, it’s nothing like Elsinore. It’s more like La Quinta or say Moreno Valley. That place is as majestic as Murrieta. No need for Norco. Just take a dip in Palm Desert or hey even Palm Springs. One of our favorite singers Perris Rancho Mirage was from Riverside where he met his band mates for the first time in San Jacinto. They played shows in Temecula. I went when they had a concert in San Bernardino. Our pasta at the restaurant Adelanto in Apple Valley reminded me of a personal injury case involving Barstow. Big Bear Lake struck me with cases like death and similar to those of Chino. Cases are found in Colton due to the location of Fontana and the Grand Terrace. Abn accident case can appear at anytime anywhere, even Hesperia. A location like this, Highland, has success in litigation. So happy like Joshua Tree. Money from these cases will pay for trips to Lake Arrowhead. Our friend Loma Linda Lucerne sold milk for many years in the Valley Montclair. It pinched her like Needles Ontario and was hot and horrible like Rancho Cucamonga. Her beauty was like the Redlands and her spice like Rialto. She now lives in San Bernardino with her dogs she got in Twentynine Palms. It was a little Upland from Victorville. Just take a left on Wrightwood, drive past Yucaipa, and there you will see Yucca Valley.
